Our Coeur d’Alene factory has numerous vertically integrated manufacturing processes, including Final Assembly, SMT, Screen Print, Compression Molding, and Plasma Bonding.
The Quality Director is responsible for the development, establishment, and administration of effective systems, practices, and procedures for the control and improvement of quality in all phases of our business.
Under general supervision, performs various production activities working within a variety of product families. This requires a working knowledge of various processes, operations and tools to assemble different products. Sets up and operates production equipment for production operations and may assist co-workers with these processes as they apply to the product families. The work covers duties such as setting up and operating production machinery (e.g. injection and/or compression presses, punch presses, testing equipment etc.).
