The Global HR Manager is responsible for:
- Active recruiting for professional/executive staff for all business units, including international
- Establishing and maintaining a global talent and succession management process
- Maintaining an effective global salary administration and performance feedback and merit process
- Coordination with business units to ensure Corporate HR policies, programs, and reporting processes are being adhered.
- Liaison with local BU HR on any HR process / policy change recommendations for regional or global implementation.
- Works with the local BU HR Manager on all elevated worker compensation claims, high risk terminations, and employment claims that require legal representation/consultation.
- Routine HR support as required for international business units
